Things to consider before ordering

There are limited amount of slots, they are not based on first come, first serve. I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel that isnt something I can carry out.
ALL PRICES ARE BASE PRICES
Meaning your potential commission could increase in price depending on complexity of it. For example, multiple characters, detailed backgrounds, complex animations will increase your base price.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT COMMISSIONS TAKE TIME TO FINISH
Some may take longer to finish especially if its an animation and/or complex, TYSM for understanding!! <3

Terms of service: (Adoptables)

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED HERE WILL BE APPLIED AFTER PAYMENT

1. GENERAL TERMS
By purchasing a particular design, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read all of this carefully. If I see you breaking this TOS I will blacklist you permanently.
- Holds are allowed up to one week. If I dont get a response/payment within that time you will automatically loose the hold.
- Alterations are allowed as long as its not changing the original design completely. Essentially, the character still maintains the main feature of the adopt [ex. fur design]. (Clothing I dont really mind, meaning you can alter those a lot more if you want to)
- You aren't allowed to alter the ORIGNAL ARTWORK.
- Dont use my art/designs to promote hate art/speech.
- If the original artwork is used on any platform or shown at all please credit me when you do.2. PAYMENT
- All payments are in USD via PayPal.
- ALL payments are made through invoicing meaning I will invoice you once I get your PayPal email. DO NOT send me any payment, it will be immediately refunded/declined.
- Refunds aren't accepted on adoptables3. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
FOR ARTIST:
- Use it to promote my work as a sample (e.g. on my website, social media)
- Post it where ever I need/want to as a sample (social media, portfolio, etc)
- You will own the Intellectual Property and I will not reuse/resell the design again for any personal and commercial projects/gain.
FOR BUYER
- You retain all the rights to the IP.
- You can resell the character for the same price only.
- You can't use the original artwork for income gain. Meaning in videos like on youtube/tiktok/commercial use if you are gaining money from them. The design itself is yours to use for anything you want to do (basically its to make sure my art isnt being used for someone elses personal income [art theft]).If you have any problems/questions regarding the terms or confused about anything, feel free to DM me or email me and we can discuss it and clarify it.

Terms of service: (Commissions)

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED HERE WILL BE APPLIED AFTER PAYMENT OR THE FIRST PAYMENT.

1. GENERAL TERMS
- All drawings will include a small watermark of my name that you must not remove.
- I can potential post your commission to any social media to let others enjoy as well.
- Prices are subjected to change at any time/moment based on demand.
- I won't start your commission until its paid in full first.
- I reserve my right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable and/or deem fit for me.2. PAYMENT
- Currency is in USD and can be accepted through Paypal only.
- Commissions must be at least 50% PAID UP FRONT or 100% PAID before I start your commission. If you do the 50/50 route the second payment will be after the sketch approval, unless discussed otherwise.
- Do not send me a payment before I approved/agreed to doing your commission and giving you a slot and sent you an invoice through Paypal.
- PLEASE ONLY ASK FOR A SLOT IF YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU'RE GETTING ONE AND CAN PAY.
- The prices includes everything that it takes to do your commission, meaning my time, consulting, communication, marketing, etc.3.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
- Depending on time zones and my full time job please give me at least 1-3 day to respond back to your DM/message.
- If you need a rush order, there will be an upcharge of ORIGINAL PRICE + 50% OF ORIGINAL PRICE. Please notify me of this beforehand.
- If client hasn't responded back within a week they automatically lose their spot and will be archived until they get back to me.
- I will keep in contact with client with updates and reviews to make sure its exactly what they wanted.
- The amount of reviews will depend on the complexity of the piece.
- The time it takes to finish your order varies depends on health, mental health, responsibilities of my personal life, other pending commissions, the complexity of your commission, etc.
- If anything comes up to slow down my progress I will notify them immediately of the situation.
- Once you're commission is done, I will send it through DMS as well as a high resolution through provided email.4. REVISIONS
- ANY MISTAKES/MISUNDERSTANDINGS THAT I HAVE MADE ON MY END WILL BE CHANGED AUTOMATICALLY.
- Revisions are allowed up until the sketch phase/approval.
- After that phase there is a small fee for the changes (BASE FEE = $10) price could increase depending on the complexity of the change.
- If I need to start from scratch again a bigger fee will be applied since I'll be starting from NOTHING.
- If you ask for revisions on a final piece there will be a fee depending on how big the revision is.
- To prevent any miscommunications please be clear and simple!
- After the approval phase, please do not ask for any free revisions, I immediately refuse those, non-negotiable.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, KOURTENEY BIDDLE, CLAIM THE RIGHTS TO THE PRODUCED DRAWING/ILLUSTRATION/ANIMATIONS, NOT THE BUYER. THEREFORE, I AM ALLOWED TO USE THE COPYRIGHTED ARTWORK TO:
- Use it to promote my work (e.g. on my website, social media)
- Published work (artbooks)
- Post it where ever I need/want to (social media, portfolio, etc)
THE BUYER IS ALLOWED TO:
- Use it for personal use meaning for a profile pic, or banner, or anything they use personally that doesn't involve gaining income from it.
- Print the artwork for personal use.
- Claim the characters, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork within videos (e.g. youtube, tiktok, edits) as long as the artwork isn't the main source of the income. (For commercial use, it MUST BE DISCUSSED BEFOREHAND, the price will increase from 200% - 500% from the base price.)
- When sharing artwork online or in any forums, or as a pfp, etc, credit must be given please.
- If you need to purchase a finished artwork for commercial use, we will need to discuss the details on the purchase for the rights and permissions.EXAMPLES OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
- Using the artwork for any commercial use meaning making money off of it without the rights to it.
- Claiming the artwork as their own.
- Removing my signature off of the artwork.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
I RESERVE THE FULL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK/IMAGE AND ITS USE/DISTRIBUTION UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED.6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- I will do anything within my power to make the client happy. (:
- If you have any problems regarding the commission please inform me right away so we can find a solution to the problem asap.
- I am willing to change some of the TOS if discussed before the payment and/or start of your commission.7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
- The client/buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
- If I'm unable to fulfill the commission to the clients demands, a refund will be made.
- If you cancel before I start the commission, you get a refund.
- IF REFUNDED: I'M NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY THE PAYPAL FEE TRANSACTION.
- IF YOU ARE GETTING A REFUND, DO NOT REQUEST A PAYPAL CHARGE BACK.
- If you request a paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will IMMEDIATELY lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have full rights to profit from it in any way. I will decline said chargeback and give Paypal all of our discussions and conversations about the commission as evidence that I've completed work for you. You will also be blacklisted from ever commissioning from me again. Non-negotiable.
- If you have any problems regarding the terms, they can be discussed prior to paying for your commissioned work.If I have posted online with other artworks that isn't your commission, that doesn't mean that I'm neglecting your commission. These in between artworks are for relaxation reasons and breaks so I don't cause a burnout for your commission. I want to provide the BEST OF MY BEST for your commission that I can offer. Chibis

Starting at: $30

Flat coloring and gradients added for depth with minimal shading. Most of the time the hands will be represented by circles.> Canvas size is 2048 x 2048 px (300 dpi) [unless told otherwise]>Simple backgrounds are always included unless you want it to be a solid color or can be transparent too.> Chibis are always in full body since they're so small already.> Once finished you'll receive the full res image through preferred email with a very small signature.

Style 1

Starting at: $80

Flat/gradient colors to stay true to the character so you're able to use it for future comms (if you want to). It will come with a front and back design with clothing [front will be colored, back will be grey toned], another front and back design with fur concept or different clothing [again front will be colored and the back will be grey toned]. It will also have descriptions of the character and of course color palettes to easily pick from.> Canvas size is 2500 x 1890 px (350 dpi) [unless told otherwise]> Once finished you'll receive the full res image through preferred email with a very small signature.

Style 2

Starting at: $65

Flat/gradient colors to stay true to the character so you're able to use it for future comms (if you want to). It will come with a colored front design and a colored half back design. Of course there will be descriptions and color palettes.> Canvas size is 2048 x 2048 px (350 dpi) [unless told otherwise]> Once finished you'll receive the full res image through preferred email with a very small signature.

Style 3 (Conceptual)

Starting at: $100

This would be characters i make from scratch from your descriptions you give me. This will require a lot of communication to make sure your character is how you want them (: It will start off with just a front design and little important designs and descriptions. A color palette will also be added.> Canvas size is 2048 x 2048 px (350 dpi) [unless told otherwise]> Once finished you'll receive the full res image through preferred email with a very small signature.

Animations/GIFs

Full Color: $45

All animations are frame by frame style and will take longer to complete. Rough/No color will be on the sketchier side while full color is smoothier. Both will come with a simple background unless discussed otherwise.> Canvas size depends on the complexity of the animation (will be discussed)> Once finished you'll receive the full res video through preferred email with a very small signature. If email wont work google drive will be the next option for bigger files.
